MethSpin Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions and Scope

Within this document, "we", "us", and "our" refer to MethSpin. "You", "your", and "the player" refer to any individual who registers, accesses, or uses our services. "Services" cover all gaming products, account functions, promotional offers, and customer support channels provided through MethSpin.

This agreement applies exclusively to residents of Australia who have reached the legal age of 18 years. Use of our services outside permitted jurisdictions constitutes a breach of these terms.

2. Account Registration

To register at MethSpin, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. Each player is permitted one account only. Duplicate registrations will be closed without prior notice, and any associated balances may be forfeited.

Required information includes:

  • Full legal name as shown on official identification
  • Date of birth confirming you are 18 years or older
  • Valid residential address within Australia
  • Active email address and contact phone number
  • Preferred currency (AUD supported)

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity conducted under your account is considered authorised by you.

3. Verification Requirements

Identity verification (KYC) is mandatory before the first withdrawal and may be requested at any stage of the account lifecycle. Acceptable documents include a government-issued photo ID, proof of address dated within the last three months, and confirmation of payment method ownership.

Failure to complete verification within 30 days of request may result in account suspension. We reserve the right to request additional documentation in line with Australian AML/CTF Act 2006 obligations.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions at MethSpin are processed in Australian dollars unless otherwise specified. Minimum and maximum limits apply per payment method and are displayed in the cashier section.

Withdrawal processing follows these principles:

  • Requests are reviewed within 24-72 hours of submission
  • Funds are returned to the original deposit method where possible
  • Documentation must be fully verified before payout release
  • Anti-fraud checks may extend processing times in certain cases

We do not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Third-party charges imposed by banks or payment providers remain your responsibility.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

Promotional offers issued by MethSpin are subject to specific terms attached to each campaign. General rules include wagering requirements, maximum bet limits while bonus funds are active, restricted game contributions, and expiry periods.

Bonus abuse - including coordinated play between accounts, low-risk betting patterns designed to clear wagering, or stake manipulation - results in forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings. We reserve the right to assess any pattern of play that conflicts with the intended use of a promotion.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions constitute material breaches of this agreement:

  • Use of automated software, bots, or scripts during gameplay
  • Collusion with other players or staff members
  • Submission of false identification or fraudulent documentation
  • Account sharing or transfer to third parties
  • Use of VPN services to misrepresent location
  • Chargeback initiation without prior dispute through our support channel

Breach of any prohibition may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances.

7. Game Fairness and Errors

All games offered through MethSpin use certified random number generators tested by independent laboratories. In the event of a technical malfunction affecting game outcome or payout, the round shall be void and stakes returned. We are not liable for losses arising from connectivity issues on the player's side.

8. Responsible Gambling

We support the principles of responsible gaming in line with Australian regulatory standards. Players may apply the following tools through their account settings:

  • Deposit, loss, and session time limits
  • Cooling-off periods between 24 hours and 6 weeks
  • Permanent self-exclusion

If gambling is affecting your wellbeing, support is available through national assistance services.

10. Amendments and Governing Law

We may update these Terms & Conditions to reflect regulatory changes or service developments. Material amendments will be communicated through your registered email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of MethSpin after the effective date confirms acceptance of revised terms.

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia. Disputes that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure may be referred to the appropriate state regulatory authority.
